The Brickmaker’s Alehouse is Bexhill’s first micropub specialising in an ever-changing range of real ales served straight from the cask in our purpose-built ‘cool-room’ in the bar.

The Brickmaker’s Alehouse is South East Sussex CAMRA Pub of the Year 2026 for the fourth time in our six years!

As well as ciders, we sell low & no alcohol beers, quality wines, a selection of gins, whiskies and other spirits. We stock bottled & canned beers. You can even come in for a coffee! A selection of crisps and nuts is available.

There is twice-monthly live music, a monthly quiz night and other occasional events.

We’re dog friendly and children are welcome before 7pm.

We became an accredited Living Wage Employer in 2022
